Watch this teaser trailer for Pixar's Brave...

Then this trailer...

Then this extended scene...

Sounds like typical Disney fare, right? Where you have a girl with hopes and dreams, but has to break free of society's conventions and expectations of her to find true freedom and happiness. And probably some dude to hook up with.

But then watch this trailer...

Which film are we going to get? I'd much rather watch the one from the Japanese trailer, than the dumbed-down one aimed at American audiences.

At least they used proper Scottish actors to do the voices (unlike Shrek)! It will be interesting to see if the Pixar magic is back after the awful Cars 2 ...

Yeah, hair is crazy-difficult to do. The Incredibles was one of their breakthroughs, since they had to do long hair, wind-blown hair, wet hair, underwater hair, etc.

Wow... that's perkiness of a whole different scary level. I'm sure the actress (aka "cast member") is happy to have a job... but at what cost to her soul? I think I'd spend every evening after work retching uncontrollably if I had to do that all day.
