Googling "Medieval Mayhem" I discovered that ReVival, a French enthusiasts(?) magazine, did a review of Medieval Mayhem in issue 34. English translations are available from Good Deal Games, so I ordered a copy over the weekend.

They liked the variety of options. They liked the dragon, but over time they got a little annoyed with it. A possible issue here is they're playing the PAL version and dragon is slower as I didn't compensate the speed of the dragon like I did the fireballs. They also liked how multiple fireballs energizes and shortens games in contrast to "Warlords could become slightly narcotic during never-ending games".
