Stupid time

So I think I finally got the stupid timer to work OK in Traffic. I can set it to any amount between 1-255 seconds. I chose 60 because that's a minute long. I don't know whether it should be longer or not because Freeway's is set to longer, but they have more car lanes in it, whereas I only have three lanes of traffic. I have about 300 bytes left...
