In it for the long haul

So I just bought a lot of 21 empty game gear cases on eBay. It was about a dollar per case. Now I can buy 22 Game Gear games without worrying about whether they have a case or not. (That is, if the package arrives...) So I guess I'm in Game Gear collecting for the long haul. The Game Gear game I bought a few days ago should be arriving tomorrow. People say Game Gear doesn't have very good games. I say try Woody Pop. Also, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. I played this the last time I had a Game Gear and then sold all the games for it. So I don't have it. I am still looking for a few Game Gear games. Dr. Robotnik is one, and Ristar is another. So anyway, all my Game Gear games are still groovy. I wish I had this instead of a Game Boy back when I was a kid. The trouble is, I didn't know it existed. I bought Game Boy and had fun, but these Game Gear games have color! See how much better the word "color" is in color instead of just plain black. And just about everything except Tetris and Mario is on here. Super Mario Land is fun and I played it and beat it a few weeks ago. On my original Game Boy. But it was bland-looking because the colors never changed. It was always dark green. And even if you put it in a Super Game Boy, you only got to color with 4 different colors anyway. Plus it isn't portable any more. Well, I treat my Game Gear as a console and plug it in next to my bed along with the game.com. I admit it may be kind of lame to do so, but I always get a nice picture and don't have to worry about batteries. And I save a lot because I'm never buying more batteries.
