King Rabbit

So I was working on the Celery movie again. I was wondering why the stupid thing wasn't working right. Turns out, prematurely switching from a 16k to a 32k file solved it. Perhaps my .bas file was getting too large and there is an unknown limit to how big a 16k .bas file can be. It would explain why it had a problem with the line that just said "COLUBK=$36" and nothing else. Perhaps that was the tipping point. Seems about right, too, now that the 32k file is now 40.7k as opposed to 39.99k. Anyway, I tested the game out and worked out a jumping point when the celery landed. I fixed it too. And I introduced King Rabbit. He's a big bunny. How big? This big:

My goodness. What is King Rabbit's weakness and how can Celery defeat him? He's about to find out. And so are you. When I get around to programming it.

I do have a problem on my hands, though. I guess I could program the arms since they'd be behind the rabbit's head, which would be perfect visually. But they'd have to be very long arms. I wonder if I could get around defining the arms if I just defined the paws and had the rest of his arms be random spotty like if I said "player1height=40" and just define 8 pixels' worth. Well, I guess I will find out tomorrow. I'm too sleepy to work on this game for the rest of today.
