Here's an update on Captain Bruce for those of you wondering. Here's what I need to do:

+ Make overlays. I designed the overlay, so at least that's done.

+ Check to see if the game will work on a real Odyssey 1. This is something I can't do because I don't have a real Odyssey 1. If you are interested in playtesting, PM me.

So that probably leaves you wondering: "Why are you making homebrew games for a system you don't have?" The answer is because I love the thing. I love the concept, I love that it's the first system ever. I love the simplicity.

But here's the thing: It probably is delayed until September. Why September? Because the answer is this: Mom has to drive my niece and nephew kids to various summer projects my sister signed them up for. Cheerleading, band, you name it, they're probably doing it. I sure am glad my sister wasn't my mom. And since Mom is using the car a lot and has to do all this, and since I never bothered to get a driver's license, that means I can't go to the Post Office any time soon. I might be able to get the overlays made on July 3, but that means I'm still not done.

15 copies will be made of this game. I might make a second run after this if enough people are interested. I just got a new color cartridge, so I think I can print the instructions by myself.

So anyway, please do not ask me how to buy a copy. I will be taking preorders only after everything is finished. which, like I stated before, will probably be this September. You can, however, let me know if you want one, but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll get one. It will, however, let me judge if a second run is worth doing.
