Mr. Ultra can finish level 1.
I promised myself a break, but it didn't turn out that way. At least it wasn't more than a couple of hours of programming. I made the layout for level 1. It was hard. The game kept wanting to do stuff I didn't tell it to again (I hate when it disobeys me!), but it finally worked right. I also made the bananas wait off screen if Mr. Ultra stops and the bananas are next. The bananas were very anxious to want to walk, but I made them stop. While it's not perfect, it is a more accurate landscape layout than if the bananas kept charging at Mr. Ultra. I also said I wanted a boss at the end of level 1. Well, I don't like bosses, so I'm not going to make any except for at the end, and even then I don't know what he'll do. Hopefully I can stop work on this for a few days. I want Level 2 to be on a mountain (snow level!) and have jumping avocados instead of walking bananas. But that's a ways away, that is, if I stop! I can't seem to! I finally got my Master Everdrive to work. I played a bit of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Master System. I didn't realize how close it was to the Game Gear version.
