Mclaneinc
Love it.. Only very very minor niggle is when its ran on Altirra without frame blending the intro is pretty trippy, how close is that frequency to the dreaded one?
mimo
Cant flash a cart, or even make the flashing .atr with maxflash studio or make menu on Window 7-64. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? in studio I get the message: [image Database Manager] Initialized, 1229 image signatures loaded.[uSB Manager] Initialized and running. [user Interface] Error loading file "Space Harrier.bin" for slot #1, Unable to identify file: C:\Users\Michael\Desktop\Space Harrier.bin Not a known or supported image. in MakeMenu I get: Unknown file type or not allowed at this level
Rybags
Make sure you use that one that's exactly 1 Meg in size that Sal posted earlier. Worked fine for me - creating the ATR flasher from the MF Studio. Space Harrier - 8 mb Flasher.atr or just boot that one with your Flashcart at the ready. Roydea6
Can this be used with Sic!Cart? No this is an Atarimax cartridge format. But could probably be reorder to SDXsiccart format and then used.

Jacques
SIC!Cart is 0,5 MB (4 Mbit) max, from what I know. But the file version for 1 MB of RAM ATARIs would do... Edited July 5, 2011 by Jacques

(without wanting to offend you) 44$ + 17$ for shipping cost to France, it's really expensive for a cartridge without box and manual :/ what a disappointment for me ... Anyway, Sheddy make a really great job... congratulation ! best regards, StaxX. Edited July 5, 2011 by StaxX28

Rybags
8 mbit flashcarts are a bit pricey to begin with, so that needs to be considered. Nothing stopping someone designing a box - then it's just a case of people getting it printed on cardboard and a bit of DIY.

Anyway, Sheddy make a really great job... congratulation ! best regards,StaxX. I am sorry too. I asked a boxed version for months (I miss GR8 software packages...). So I was obliged to buy an Atarimax 8MB flashcart ($45 shipped to Switzerland). All top A8 games deserve a package!

svenski
Yeah I was thinking the same thing - that the Sic! cart wouldn't be big enough.
+CharlieChaplin
hey, thats great news !! Too bad, that GR8 software is inactive these days (so we will never see YAKF on GR8 cart, I fear). The guy would come up with a cart, a great cart-label, an even greater package and manual and all for less than 45 bucks. Having just successfully flashed the old 8Mbit atarimax cart (after I failed on 3 or 4 XL computers thanks to weak PHI-2 signal), I am thinking about erasing it and flashing it with Space Harrier instead... Anyways, thank you Sheddy for finishing such an outstanding work ! -Andreas Koch.
Tickled_Pink
Fantastic work. Gotta love the little Atari coders 30 years and still suprising people. Fixed it.
