Rev
Just got done making some layout changes to the Database. Some font changes and I added 'tables' to the main menu and serial number areas. I still have a few more entries to add, if you dont see yours it should be entered this weekend. http://intellivisionrevolution.com/serial-number-database

+DZ-Jay
DZ, you submitted a serail number for a ECS Computer module with a strange model number...you are in a little section all by yourself! Could it be a typo? Want me to re-check it?
Rev
Could it be a typo? Want me to re-check it? Sure, it couldnt hurt. Go also and look in the ecs section and confirm. Maybe there was just a different model number from mattel?
Rev
Just entered your first Intellivoice, Bob. how is that for service? You just emailed me 2 minutes ago!
B0B 1ob1aw
George Plimpton wants to send me $2.50!!! The first time I have seen this. My first Intellivoice entry. I got surprised, I knew it was in the lot I bought, it turned out to be nearly mint! The photo in the ad didn't do it justice, maybe used no more than a dozen times. This is the first I got, and it's definitely my keeper. I even have the receipt from JC Penny, I wish it had the date on it.
Rev
Is that bubble wrap the way the Intellivoice came new? All of the intellivoice's i have are just loose in the box.

Yes, I assume the bubble wrap is original. It has one of those adhesive strips on it, that has absolutely no stickiness anymore. It seems perfectly fitted. stc2009
All the Intellivoices I have received have a bubble wrap pouch to hold them firm in the box.
+DZ-Jay
Sure, it couldnt hurt. Go also and look in the ecs section and confirm. Maybe there was just a different model number from mattel? OK, I just confirmed that the number in the DB is correct: P3 047275 Why do you say it is a strange number?
+DZ-Jay
Oh, Darn! I see you mentioned the model number, not the serial number. I got the model number from the box, but I just noticed that the model number on the unit itself is different: Box says: 4187 But the unit says: 4182 I would imagine they should match... Hmm... -dZ. +DZ-Jay
Never mind! I got my answer: From the BSR site: COMPUTER ADAPTOR #4182 & KEYBOARD #4184 (Sold together as #4187) So it's everyone else in your DB that got it wrong, unless they have the unit without the keyboard. -dZ. Now I remember, I just went with one Serial number instead of complicating things with 3 different ones. :-)
+DZ-Jay
Or... we don't have boxed ECS units, like me. True. However, do you have the keyboard? If so, the set combined has the 4187 model number. Unless we should mark separately the model number of the unit and the keyboard. -dZ.
