Completionist Collector's Collection

By popular demand. Be warned: I am only collecting for the Atari Lynx and focus fully on that, plus I have been working on this since 1989.

Two boxes with MISB and CIB (shrinkwrap still present, neatly cut open).

I have never come across a sealed Super Off-road or Fidelity Ultimate Chess Challenge. Krazy Ace was opened by myself.

Loose cartridges, trying to get as many cartridges as ComLynx allows for that game.

Chip's Challenge with Japanese manual. I hadn't seen it before, but that's not saying much as I haven't seen most of the stuff you posted. :)

Well, I was going to do a post on Japanese variations, just like the Telegames one. There are quite a number of Japanese versions out there, mostly manuals, sometimes boxes (Klax) or the cartridge (again Klax).

My collection is severely limited in the Japan space. Only a Gauntlet manual and a Japanese Klax cartridge (2 actually).

You can tell from the loose cartridges how rare some of them are. Battlezone 2000 and Battlewheels are hard to find in the wild.

You probably already saw the Telegames versions of Casino and Checkered Flag:

Amazing!

How on earth did you get a hold of a loose copy of Zaku? Did someone really destroy his box already and sold it on eBay?

I double checked because you made me doubt. My boxed version turned out to be empty and the loose cartridge is actually the one from the box. I had put it in one of those 3x3 cartridge wallets and took it from there, figuring I had the loose cart. Apparently not. One more for the list.

Damnit, I wish you had told me you were searching for Battlewheels carts. Battlezone is rare, but Battlewheels you could get new & sealed from a German online shop for the past 5 years for around 2 - 5 Euros a piece depending on special offers. It seems to be sold out now. I could have gotten them for you, as many as you need.

Most games were sold dirt cheap there, but the inventory seems to be drying up.

Anyway, your collection is awesome. I never expected you to be such a fan. The only collection I have seen yet that rivals yours is that of rygar. :)
