Scrabbler15 Posted August 26, 2016 Share Posted August 26, 2016 Game 8 A/A - 2351 Game 3 and Game 8 have to really be handled differently. Scoring in Game 3 is about long-term survival. This requires working the whole board to keep the cattle on the outsides from pushing the stubbornness envelope. It's also about waiting at an open lane to the last possible second to see what type of cattle is coming out next before leaving to bump the dark brown steers. And when there is not time for both, it's time to go and hope. Scoring in Game 8 is all about right now. it seems better to work the two middle lanes as much as possible to have the best chance of scoring some black angus prime beef. I played it like it was 1981 and freshly removed from the box. Everything finally came together in this latest Game 3 effort. At one point, I had six extra cows.
