Goggle5
The other week I found 'Plaque Attack' and 'Lost Luggage' for the 2600 for $3.00 each at a flea market, which I consider quite a steal!! The guy was a bit overpriced with charging $6.00 for 'Sky Diver' with instructions ...
MegaManFan
Got 4 Coleco and 4 Atari games for a buck each today, but the Coleco ones were the notables: Burgertime, River Raid, Popeye and Pitfall. And if you ask, I'm not reselling them for a buck. I need at least two of the four, and the other two will go on my trades page - and sorry to dissapoint again but Burgertime is one of the two I need. DeV0
Dev0 You need a Basic Level III Cart to boot the SC-3000/H. Or any other game carts, really. Otherwise It will just show a Black/Green screen and beep. Ahhh, thanks for that. This machine was sealed in the box with a sticker reading "now with 48K ram". Anyone got any carts? I ditched mine thinking i would never own a machine. And whats with the tape connection, Is this a standard mono/stero plug? If so could i boot a game with a walkman?? Yesterday i got a load of 2600 carts in mint condition with Mangia being my holy grail find of the year. Markets sucked today, i had a headache and everyone looked fat
krisjohn
I scored a Bandai Zaxxon LCD game for A$0.10 -- that's ten cents. Since we don't have 1c or 2c coints anymore, there's only one price cheaper I wonder if it works...

I also thought that, But I kept my Boxed SJ-300 Joystick and Sega Data Recorder. Yup, It just uses the regular Mono/Stereo plugs, but to load a tape of course you need the Basic Cart. If I have a Spare I'll let you know. I got the first model with the rubber keys, also boxed but not sealed. Some great games for it.

SteveW
I decided to go thrifting today, even though I hate going into thrift stores. Nothing in the first store, so I went somewhere else. At a Goodwill store, I found nothing video-game wise other than a couple joysticks, a Quickshot II Turbo Atari compatible stick, and another strange one. It has an NES plug, but it's not a stick i've seen before. (But then, i've never been into NES stuff, so it might be common and i'm just uninformed.) It's an arcade style stick with "Wing Commander Family Computer" on it. It's got fire buttons set off at an angle on either side of the stick. It's dark grey and the buttons are orange. The bottom says "HORIElectric Co., Ltd Model HJ-8 Made in JaPan" I don't even know where my NES is so I can see if the stick works. Does this joystick sound familiar to anyone?
