Having lived in Santa Clarita for over 20 years now, I can say with some confidence that the depictions of cannibalism are somewhat exaggerated. http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/01/17/netflixs-santa-clarita-diet-trailer-drew-barrymore-and-timothy-olyphant-are-out-for-blood

love ALL your games actually. ;-) Was getting into AAII tonight though and am really glad you implemented single button control on this. Discovered you need to flip the difficulty switch was all. Starplex first, but really enjoy playing with the CX40 too.

If the Macintosh, Amiga, Tandy 1000, IBM PS/1, Acorn Archimedes, and Atari ST could all do 3D graphics with the right know how and applications, why wasn't it until 1995's Toy Story(when only IBM and Apple were the only big players left) that a 100% CG movie was made!?

i would imagine because of the lack of processing power. It already takes dreamworks a farm of servers to render movies. Now imagine that but times 1000s more needed?

The graphical capabilities were too simple to stand alone I think. Remember Tron did incorporate some 3D in the early 80s.. but imagine a whole movie that looked like the "money for nothing" music video. May not have been palatable to the masses.

It had nothing at all to do with graphical capabilities, it was all CPU bound. We are talking about ray tracing, a processor intensive operation, cjameslv nailed it with his previous comment.

Clips like that put the lie to the notion that we'd be much better off if the world were run by women. You'd never see men act like that in a professional setting.

I really have to thank Keatah for recommending I watch Bits and Bytes. I watched all 12 episodes and taught me a TON about not only how to use 8-bit computers but also what can be done with them beyond gaming. Plus it was a really fun series!
