Shark! Shark! For such a simple game, really does have all the qualities of a timeless classic.

Yeah, I had no idea what time it was when playing it. It's proof that the Intellivision could've been better if the games weren't so overly complicated.

Sniping is satisfying because either you beat someone else out of it, or make them pay more than they would have had to otherwise. It's completely evil and fun.

I like bidding for fun. Even if I loose, it drives the prices up. Especially on items I already own that I may sell.

Randomly found a 1986 Asteroids manual in the basement lying under a stack of duplicate 2600 carts!

@Atarian7: I was hoping you guys could tell me, but I'd surmise it leans toward the rare side. The '86 gray label Asteroids variant is fairly uncommon itself, and I've never seen one with a manual.

Well, my first attempt to front light my Game Boy Color did not go well. When I removed the front light panel from the donor AGS-001 GBA SP I discovered that the panel had somehow gotten cracked, rendering it unusable. So there's now one less GBA SP in the world and my GBC remains without a front light for the time being.

Yes, but there is one more doner for parts. Or save it for when you find an LCD replacement.

My first attempt to change shells also left me with an extra GBA donor...It happens, but I've needed the parts so no worries...I salvaged a speaker and a battery from it (and more)...Always have spares... ;)

And a shoe insert company had an X-ray machine back in the like the 1920's. You could x-ray your feet for 3 hours if you wanted to. All that wonderful radiation.

Not wanting to pay royalties to any of the Star Wars EU authors or artists and thin-skin toward certain topics and/or phrases that the EU contained are two likely motivations behind Kathleen's choosing to completely throw away the Franchise's EU. Just my cents.

Why would they keep the Legends material in print if it was just a royalties issue? I have tons of that stuff and I'm sorry to see it de-canonized, but it still seems clear to me the reason it was done was simply to wipe the slate for the writers of the new movies so they could tell new stories that didn't conflict with the old ones.
