Community Status Updates



For 2 nights, I skipped dinner and hit the hay at 10pm. This is not normal for me. Dang tummy ache & chills

    Three words: apple cider vinegar. It changes your stomach pH and helps recovery from food poisoning. Dilute two tablespoons in a tall glass of water, and try not to let it touch your teeth too much going down. It tastes terrible, but it's always worked for me.

    it's been going around. my wife has been having issues, and i know friends/family in several states saying same thing.

    Better get checked out for pneumonia or flu. Urgent Care places like the one at CVS charge about the same co-pay as a family doc visit.
