By this, I mean things like the Sega Pico, the Socrates, and most anything made by V-Tech. These are cartridge based and do hook up to the TV. Most of these systems do play games (of a sort) but they are primarily aimed at the 6-and-under set. For some reason, I've been seeing these lately -- they are less common than the NES, but they are much more common than any Classic system (around here, at least). Adrian M Posted July 1, 2002 Share Posted July 1, 2002 If I'm not mistaken, the Sega PICO is essentially a Sega Master System repackaged as an educational system (the sound and graphics are identical). I think there were some kind of Sonic titles made for it, but I'm not 100% sure about this.
