thomasholzer
Today George Fornay, President of Sony Computer Entertainment France and vice-president of SCE Europe, revealed that 78,000 PlayStation 3 units were sold in the first 48 hours after it launched in France. Sony shipped about 100,000 units to France. After the record in the UK, this is another launch record for Sony with its PlayStation 3. The PS3 broke the French Wii record of 75,000 units sold in the first 48 hours, and they also broke the Xbox 360 launch sales which sold 49,000 units. Looks like Sony is cleaning up in Europe for the third time. Now all we need is some German info Edited March 29, 2007 by thomasholzer
