Older reclining chairs are my favorite. I have one that tilts you far back with your feet in the air. Feels like it helps decompress my spine or something. I think it was $35 at the Salvation Army 7 years ago, and it's been great so far.

It's actually funny that this was bumped. The chair I'm currently using to game with is a papasan chair I got from Target years ago. It IS comfortable to sit in, but when I game in it, my knees hurt afterwards, so I was wondering if I needed a new gaming chair. I was going to start a thread asking for advice because I remember about 10 years ago they had "gaming chairs" you could buy and using a Bday gift card, I bit and got one from Best Buys on clearance thinking I got an amazing deal. That chair SUCKED. Your ass was like 6 inches from the ground, no legs just rails like a rocking chair, and if you tried to lean back you would just fall. I wondered if there were any gaming chairs actually worth the $$$.

There are, but they are really expensive (i.e., DX Racer).

 

I'm curious if there are good "gaming" chairs that are relatively cheap.
