I doubt they will take our PS3 and destroy them. They just throw that crap in there to get more $$$. Weeks from now... Oh well, A settlement? And those that bought PS3s and registered them, Sony would likely send a notice or a box with a notice stating to ship back your PS3 etc. I'm sure they would reimburse those who did this monetarily. But really, I doubt they could force you to do it. However, if this were to happen, would that then suddenly make the PS3 super rare and dead as console all at once? Hmmm..... There is no point in even contemplating it as it will never happen. These sort of lawsuits happen all the time. Do you have a dual-shock controller? Were you asked to return it?
