IceCold
I was just wondering if it's rare at all to have a working NES game with instruction booklet. I have Super Mario Bros.(just super mario bros. not one with duck hunt also on the cart.) with an instruction booklet in very good condition. I also have Castlevania II Simon's Quest with instruction booklet in very good condition. I was just wondering if either are worth anything with the instruction booklet. King Atari
Well, neither one is very rare, even with the manual. SMB is probably the second most common cart (behind SMB/DH). Still, having the manuals with the games is nice.

ROBERT
Hello: Best advice I can offer when trying to gauge value of a cart/book/box combo is to log onto an auction site like Ebay, go to the video game section, locate Atari or NES or whatever, choose "Games", then in the search field enter "Castelvania" and see what people that are bidding have bid up tp. Or check completed auctions to be sure. Remember, what sells for $10 today may sell for $20 or maybe just $5 depending on who is looking at any time. RangerG
In general NES games seem to be worth less than Atari games (and they are much easier to find). For instance, this week (it was a good week) I found Dizzy's Adventure (Aladdin Cart), Quattro Arcade (Aladdin cart) and a regular Quattro Arcade. These would be among the most rare NES games, but they are only worth ($10 - 25 I think?). I have been getting into looking for NES games because they are much more common than pre-1984 stuff and there are so many different titles. Take care and enjoy the NES games. By the way, look for a top-loader to play them on (they are much more reliable).
IceCold
I want a toploader so bad but the only place I can find them is ebay and they sell for like $70. It's really not worth it to me, I only have about 10 games. Plus my dad has like eight of those connectors, so once I start getting blinking I just have him put another in it. Bez
1. $70 sounds rather cheap for a toploader 2. Why do you want a toploader so bad if you only have "10 games", as you say? No offense, just curoius. 3. Don´t change the connectors once they start blinking, instead take the NES apart and clean the connectors! Be well ! IceCold
1. I haven't checked lately so maybe it's more than $70 2. I wan't a toploader so bad even though I only have 10 games because i've used them and they work almost every time and don't need new connectors and they have kewl controllers that remind me of Super Nintendo controllers. 3. I clean all my games every now and then and clean all the systems, so don't worry I dont' just start changing connectors all the time.
