Which of the "current Gen" systems do you own?

Well, things are heating up for this holiday season. The Wii still seems to be out on top on the console sales front, with the Xbox 360 boosted by Halo 3 and the PlayStation 3 seeing a resurgence thanks to new models and price drops.

 

Of course, the handhelds are also seeing significant action, with the Nintendo DS often outselling all consoles and the PSP still holding its own.

 

Which of these do you own?

Wii60 for me, plus a DS. I borrowed a PSP from a friend for a few weeks and liked it a lot, but I can't justify buying another handheld right now, since I don't do much handheld gaming. My time spend among those three consoles is probably 60% Wii, 39% 360, 1% DS.

Wii, DS, and DS lite. They have a new Zelda themed DS lite out now that is Gold with a triforce on it, but my wife said I can't have it!

I've only got the Xbox 360 that kids use mainly. Handhelds aren't my thing. I probably won't by another new console until the next gen's are rolled out.

Last fall I upgraded my five year old pc and had a gaming pc built. My kids and I are now pc gamers first, Xbox 360 gamers second. Especially since the older pc is now permantly connected to my 37" HDTV and the gaming pc splits its time between my 46" HDTV and a 22" monitor. Playing the Crysis demo at 46" was a grand thing!

Well considering the 8800GTX is a $600 card by itself, (your free deal there notwithstanding) still makes the consoles quite a bargain.

We have nearly everything up until and including PS2. I just got a PSP from my neighboor the other day with a small pile of games, and all I can say is WOW !! What a machine..I'm absolutely floored by it. (Just wish it were made a little sturdier..I went to set it..SET it..down on the counter while playing, and the game SEIZED-up... )

 

The two brothers I got it from had it laying on a filth-covered endtable amongst ciggy butts, loose change, and beer cans...FACE down... ....I grabbed it up and said "Oh wow..I want to get one of these one day!" The older of the two then says "Oh I never touch that thing since I got my 360...what'll ya give me for it??" Ughhh...KIDS, eh?

None at the moment but I did own a Nintendo Ds with a large library which I loved until I became bored with it and sold it to buy a video iPod last year. Im sure at some point I will own a Wii and/or PS3 the Xbox 360 doesnt really excite me too much. The PSP might be my next video game purchase sometime after Christmas, since it's pretty cheap and the new slim model looks cool.
