Hi Nosty,

These pictures are really great! Thanks.

And I've never seen any arabic carts before - that's really interresting.

Could you post rom dumps of them as well?
(I'm not quite sure how you do that however)

Sorry if this has been asked since I've not read the whole topic, but what is that Medication Services cart about?

There's a lot of very interesting carts in this thread.

Small part of these cartridges are mine! :) When I see unknown cart on eBay I just download pictures and I add this title to famous Andrew Krieg's list.
So... I should say that I haven't got copyrights for most of these pictures. But I want show You that these cartridges realy exists :)

I'll try to dump arabic cartriges. I have got two: NA-0021 and NA-0031.

Thanks everyone for the new scans.

I've re-arranged the list a little moving the hardware only carts to their own page.
I'd be working on a screenshots page next!

I've only got 13 cartridge pictures to find now:

1.Animated Puzzle (19xx)(Atari)
2.BearJam (1983)(Chalkboard Inc.)
3.Cosmic Tunnels (19xx)(Datamost)
4.Da'Fuzz (1983)(Roklan)
5.Lifespan (1983)(Roklan)
6.LogicMaster (1983)(Chalkboard Inc.)
7.Math Works-Addition (1986)(Concepts for Darren)
8.Math Works-Basic Subtraction (1986)(Concepts for Darren)
9.Monkey Wrench, The (1981)(Eastern House)
10.Montezuma's Revenge (19xx)(Parker Bros.)
11.Protector II (1982)(Synapse)
12.Spark Bugs (1983)(Romox)
13.Starion (1983)(Romox)

I dusted off my carts and here are Spark Bugs and Starion (my Spark bugs is particularly nice). I could have sworn that I had BearJam. I went into the garage and found my chalkboards - I have three of those crap pieces (two in the box and one unboxed) and I am pretty sure none of them work correctly! I did find no less than three MicroMaestro carts and my Leo's Lectric, but alas, no BearJam.

Which Protector II is that? Gray or Red? Must be a Gray one as I think the Red one is pretty common. If you need the red one, I'll post it for you (one of my favorite games of all time).

Rob

By request - here are scans of Starion and Spark Bugs (as opposed to my camera / angle shots).

I scanned at 300dpi - probably too large, but you can resize.

Sincerely

Hi Rob,

Those scans are excellent - thanks - and the romox carts are particularly cool with the picture on the back.
I'd definitely like a Protector II scan as well - I haven't found any pictures of that one yet.

I have all the games mentioned in this thread on floppy as back in the day my best friends father knew a guy who had a cart to disk copier and we have 23 floppies full of games with the average of 10 games per floppy.

However my TV went KAPUT but I am going to go to a surplus store get get a bigger TV for about $50 new in box too.

It appears some of your screenshots are either for wrong games or versions. You're also missing a number of programs which you can find on our site by clicking on the cartridge icon.

Thanks for pointing that out - I've now finished checking them all and updated a lot of screenshots. [Dunno how that pac-man shot managed to slip thru :-) ]
I been researching doing a 2600 list as well - now that is difficult!
There are so many re-issues and re-names that I think that there's only around 800 unique games from your Rom's Collection list of around ~1900!
I'm trying to make lists of all the unique game cartridges released rather than every single cart and all its label variations.

Nope, but the url has changed to

http://www.pitfalljones.com/

(the old hoster gigacities pulled the plug on it's service)

and I'm still looking for scans of:

1.Animated Puzzle (19xx)(Atari)
2.BearJam (1983)(Chalkboard Inc.)
3.Cosmic Tunnels (19xx)(Datamost)
4.Da' Fuzz (1983)(Roklan)

6.LogicMaster (1983)(Chalkboard Inc.)
7.Math Works-Addition (1986)(Concepts for Darren)
8.Math Works-Basic Subtraction (1986)(Concepts for Darren)
9.Monkey Wrench, The (1981)(Eastern House)
10.Montezuma's Revenge (19xx)(Parker Bros.)

Good to see it's still up. I had tried a few times and couldn't get it on the geocities site.

I ran across another utility cart for the 8-bits that you're missing

GTIA Draw by Sar-An

There was one in this auction and there's a review in an old Antic magazine here. I made a stab at this one but missed out in the end. Quite a few utilities in that lot.

Probably would have been beneficial to the seller to include 400, 800, XL, or XE in the title. I didn't see GTIA Draw listed on Atarimania either, how rare is it?
