EricDeLee
Have you seen these? Are there any over here on the US side of the house? I think it is a great idea (as long as it is removable and isn't persay just a sticker) http://www2.worldlingo.com/SG57TOc3OQEIgFS...AD_R2/translate
BigO
That does liven up the appearance. I'm not sure that cling film type plastic would stick to the textured surface. If they're not "permanent" decals, I imagine they'd have to use a removable adhesive. I kinda like it. If I had a design I could stand to look at constantly, I'd probably have some of these made up for myself at work. Lord Helmet
Those are pretty cool, though if they are permanent I wouldn't use them. Just looking at them reminds me how damn hard Protector is

I think it is a great idea (as long as it is removable and isn't persay just a sticker) That is infinitely cool. Even if I weren't already a total Vectrex fangirl, I'd almost be willing to buy one just to use those stickers (decal, post-its, whatever they are). /also, "per se", not "persay"
Richard H.
Chris Romero (Vectrexer) had them up on EBay recently. He took a load to CGE 2007 and I think they were what was left unsold. I don't have a set myself, but from what I've heard they are professionally made and can be taken on and off easily without damaging the decals or the console. Technosis
Wow :!: these are excellent If anyone knows an online store or source (other than eBay obviously) please post as I'd really like to get a set.
Curt Vendel
Thats fantastic! That adds a lot of great character to the chassis. The Vectrex is a cool looking machine, but adding some graphics to it really makes it look like a tabletop arcade machine, nice! Curt Have you seen these? Richard H.
I just found the link to Chris's old auction . Here's the link to Michele Fiori's page. Edited December 18, 2007 by Richard H.
MrRetroGamer
I picked up a set a few months ago but I still didn't get around to putting them on - but I will soon!

[...] adding some graphics to it really makes it look like a tabletop arcade machine, nice! Very true. I especially like that they are removable, being made of that car wrap stuff. I've been thinking of doing something with my Vectrex that could really benefit from some "pop". Now I'm going to have to come up with something like this. EricDeLee
Do any of you have any idea as to how I could start a project like this. Mainly for my own collection. I' like to order a set of these... but haven't found a set to buy yet. I'd like to make a different set as well... to add to a second Vec
jboypacman
Very cool looking like a little arcade cabinet.

I've seen some banners that appear to have been made with temporarily adhered vinyl cut letters.
MrRetroGamer
I picked up a set a few months ago but I still didn't get around to putting them on - but I will soon! I Finally got around to doing this, it was QUITE easy to do. The material (3M ControlTac graphic film) was SO easy to work with and apply, I was shocked. It is repositionable and removable, but also held quite well once in place. The pieces were precision cut and fit perfectly! The surface of the Vectrex did not cause any problem with adhesion. What a great way to spice up the Vectrex cabinet! Edited February 14, 2008 by MrRetroGamer
