No shell, no instructions, just the disc. It does have the outer display shell and the Gratest Hits artwork. The disc needs to spend some serious time in a buffing machine, but it would probably rip OK to a memory card. I have to see if it even runs on my PSP--if it does and you can fix it, it's yours for what I paid for it--$0.00 USD. I have access to a buffing machine at work but I have no idea if that will fix it. If you don't want it anymore I'll be more than glad to take a stab at fixing it.
