EricDeLee Posted April 5, 2008 Author Share Posted April 5, 2008 I'll report what I find when I get it! I mainly bought the auction for that, the 3d games, a light pen, and 3 controllers. The rest of the lot (the vectrex, and extra games and overlays) will be recycled on ebay... actually... I'll probably give Chuckwagon a try on that one as well. I've got more Carts that need to be auctioned soon... so I may add those to the list! You know... a good test of the site would be placing a similar auction on both sites. I know it will get bids over at Chuckwagon, but what I worry about is will a FF VII go for what ebay can regularly pull for it? Then again... you've got a great deal on the reserves and stuff. so I guess it doesn't matter too much. I have a few sealed Rule of Rose PS2 games here. I shoulf=d through one on each of the auction sites. Back to the 3d imager... I'll give more info soon. I HOPE it comes tomorrow, but knowing USPS it won't be until Monday or Tuesday. EricDeLee Posted April 5, 2008 Author Share Posted April 5, 2008 Sweet! It came today! I checked everything out... and of course, the first thing I HAD to check out was the 3D Imager. I thought perhaps I was screwed at first. I went through the envelope that had the overlays in the box and found no color discs. Then I took out the Imager... and I realized it was already in there. I have two 3d games with this Vectrex lot. Minestorm and Narrow Escape. I plugged it in, and as far as I can tell it works perfectly. I do kind of wish I had a box for everything, but that's okay. I can just get the boxed games later. None of the games I got today had boxes. Again, not a big deal, but I did get 4 new games to add to my collection (the two 3d games and Art Master and the music Melody one). I also got the lightpen... I'm happy about that. I also ended up with 3 controllers. Two of them worked perfectly and one is missing the knob and the #4 button sticks. I now have 4 controllers (minus two I have set aside for myself) that I will tweak and work on. I also have 4 Vectrex systems sitting in my bedroom. I think the fiance is going to kill me! LOL Time to sell off some of the extras. I'll be doing that soon. One set will be with a working controller and 13 games and a few overlays. Not sure about the other yet. Damn... I took a picture of the kiddo wearing the 3d imager today... and he looked so dorky. I'm afraid to play it around the chick. I don't want any pictures floating around!
