video game addict
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=260224595517 Haven't seen this one before, at least not boxed. Perhaps they've sold without the packaging and were passed off as Video Game Brains, but this one has a built in game the unreleased Cat Trax which I find interesting. Does anyone here have this guy? I threw a bid at it, but lost out in the end. Looks like the pitbull was eyeing it too.

Did not want any extra competition Sadly there were others serious bidders watching. So I guess you don't own this one CPU, but have you seen it before? Rick or Marco own it? And is it connected somehow to the multicarts that had those UA games of Cat Trax and Funky Fish and whatnot on them? I thought those were unknown until just a couple years back, and this has one on it too. Possibly a true ROM inside there?

No, I have not seen it before, hence the -> Cat Trax was found on a multicart a long time ago, since it is 4K. Funky Fish and Pleiadas were protos with previously unknown bankswitching. Share biaatch, you aren't a collector anymore.

ATARIPITBULL
I saw that one and could not believe that there was yet another game selector out there. I had my snipe program ready with a bid of $115.00. I never thought it would sell for more than that.

The game is what makes it valuable not the selector IMO.
Skylark68
I remember seeing something similar to this back in the late '80s at a Sears Surplus store. It might have been the same unit but after 20 years I can't remember too well. I do remember Atari 7800s going for about $20.00 there during the same time period. I also have a few other atari things on there! If you go to ebay the item number is 260779553451! Hopefully your still looking for one! CPUWIZ
Sorry, that is the most common one, most collectors have one of these already. Not sure why you bumped a 3 year old thread about a completely different device with your sale.
nofrills100
So was this a similar item to the one that just ended on ebay? http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/181551-holy-friggin-s/ Edited May 7, 2011 by nofrills100

video game addict
It was similar to a Game Brain but had a built in game. I have a pic saved somewhere but not on this computer sadly.
