COKE WINS QUESTION

Hi I just got a copy of this, there is no label on the cart. How do I know if it is real? I have not taken it apart.

Take it apart.

 

If there is a normal masked rom it means its pretty much legit.

 

If theres an EPROM it means its pretty much a fake.

 

OR

 

Take a normal cart and weigh it on a sensitive scale, then do the same for coke wins, if its noticeably heavier most times its an eprom.

Picked up local. it weighs 2.2 the same as a few other Atari Carts I weighed. I hate to open it as ( a) never opened one other than my river patrol and that was a waste. and ( b.0 I don't want to devalue it. Although I migh thave to prctice with a few combats or pac-mans ( to see how to reassemble the thing so as not to pop the spring.
