There's been an ISO posted on their forum.
Few people could play the stock CD that came with it in their sega cd units, so a slightly stripped version was provided over there that works much better.

A) Dude, how have you been... you should hang out here more often.

B) You should contact usps.com and get a mail hold for up to 6 weeks, then you or someone you know can go in and pick it up if you don't want to forward the mail from your old place... or you can put in a forwarding order.
