(Bought) WANTED: 'Sega Megadrive II' TV cable (preferably RGB)

Hey, my RF switch is crap, it transmits low quality, crappy colours & no sound. I need another form of communication to the TV, but I haven't managed to find any digital TV adapters, where can I get one of these... ?

 

 

That would have higher quality than just Aerial.

Just buy an RGB SCART cable off of eBay. Most of AA's members live in the states, and we don't use SCART here. Look for eBay seller "pcenginesales". I bought a Megadrive SCART RGB cable from that person not long ago and it was of good quality.

 

EDIT: That thing you have pictured will also give you a shitty picture.
