Wesker
We at SEGASaturno have a working prototype of LOBO for the Mega Drive/Genesis, an unreleased brawler settled up in the DC Comics' LOBO universe. Ocean was planning to release this for both the MD/GEN and the SNES in 1996, but it was cancelled for both platforms at the last minute. We have set up a community donations stage in order to cover the needed sum to release this. This LOBO prototype is in fully finished state (I don't think the retail game would have been any different) and will be our next release at SEGASaturno if things come out fine. If someone's interested in participating, you can see all details in: http://forums.hidden-palace.org/viewtopic.php?t=2838

108 Stars
A friend of mine does Mega Drive/Genesis-repros for pretty much anything piratey/unreleased on demand. Here is a cover for Lobo he made: Lobo PAL Cover It´s PAL style, but he usually does US style as well if you want. With Clam, shell case, insert and cartridge label, but no manual. I don´t know the pice, should be around 40 $ I think. If you are interested I can give you his contact.

Shawn
Please don't take this the wrong way - I'm just intrigued, what is the donated money spent on? Paying the owner of the proto to hand over a copy of the rom.

Paying the owner of the proto to hand over a copy of the rom. Cheers - that was the only sensible thing I could think of - suppose it's fair enough especially if having it out there decreases the value of the prototype...although I can't help but imagine various ransom notes and rom-napping scenarios.. 108 Stars
Has the proto of the SNES version ever been found or dumped? No. The MD version is a brand-new dump, and it was the first time the game has been made available.

Jess Ragan
Totally going to play this later. I don't expect it to be good, but I've always been a sucker for cheesy fighting games.
