Mord Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 Yes and no for Mikudayo. That is to say, it is, but for the entire body instead of just the head. So what you're getting is an "extra" character that can not add customization items at all that is so huge that for most of the video you'll likely be staring at a bobbing forehead. The character doesn't move as well as a regular character would (think about how they'd move wearing a huge mickey mouse costume) and there's no change in facial expressions, etc. About the only benefit you'll probably have is that you'll be able to go into the Extra's room and switch to the costume. I can imagine it'd look weird in there too though. Got sick of downloading updates to the PSN store app just to see what was on sale or to make a quick purchase. It's much easier to just browse/purchase using a PC then transfer purchases from your download list on the PS3. Also, Play-Asia.com's Asia-region edition includes a booklet with the game (I think GameStop's content was in-game items only--speaking of which, the DLC in Play-Asia's edition is expired, according to their product page, so that's probably why they're pretty much giving them away), whose weight accounts for the higher than normal shipping cost. A description of the booklet, from the Gran Turismo website: Together with the game disk, a "Beyond the Apex" booklet, with comprehensive explanations of car tuning, is a great reference for playing the game and use with actual cars. So, with the game being free and the shipping charge being primarily for the book, you're basically buying a book and getting a free game. Come to think of it I'm not sure if Playasia is based out of the US or not. I take it you haven't shopped there often enough to notice that all your packages are coming from Hong Kong. Anyway, if anyone's thinking of taking up Play-Asia's offer, what you should do is buy something else along with the GT6, so that you're spreading out the shipping cost. They have plenty of cheap games available; just pick a system (and keep in mind that Play-Asia does do retro systems, listed under "Classics," though nothing before Famicom), pick its "Games" section, and sort the results by price. I just bought a physical copy Devil May Cry 4 HD edition for PS4 and tacked on GT6 and yes its definitely free. On PS4 they have this thing called Arcade Archives which feature games like Gradius and Crazy Climber but they are $7.99 a pop! Way overpriced. It doesn't show up in the PS TV shop, and there seems to be a lot of discussion online from several months ago about how it's not compatible. I couldn't find anything to indicate that had changed. Valkyria Chronicles 2 isn't in the PS TV store, but it is possible to download it to a PS3 and then transfer it to the PS TV, and it works fine.
