GideonsDad
It wasn't supposed to be a gaming machine but I owned (and miss) a Tandy 1000 EX Personal Computer. I had a nice collection of Mastertronic (budget / discount) games for it, like: Ninja, Feud, Storm, Turbo Champions, Prowler, etc. (Most are all still available at hotu.org) GideonsDad

I have a large basement with a separated storage area. Most stuff, outside of the modern items which are in the primary rooms in the house, are on shelves on large metal or plastic units. When I need access to a system, I just go to its area, pull down what I need, then hook it up in one of the other rooms in the basement. jhd
I have no classic computer hardware at the moment (other than an Atari 2600). I have owned: Color Computer I (original model, bought new in 1983) Portable IBM PC w/ built-in 5"? monitior (well loved, gift from a friend, 1994-ish) About four other PCs (1988-present), including a Tandy 1000 SL. Around 1985 or 1986, I considered getting an Atari ST at a local shop, but I was put off by the cost of the floppy disk drive (sold seperately, even though the computer was unusable without it). The package was close to $1000. Edited December 17, 2009 by jhd

dafivehole
My first computer was an Atari 800XL (w/Indus GT drive). Next was an Amstrad 1512.
