+save2600
Beautiful! Bram Stoker's Dracula is one of my favorite pinball machines. And all your Pac-Man memorabilia is so awesome! Thanks buddy! I'm no Bud Klass (although I do have a few trinkets he doesn't), the Pac-Man stuff has passive-aggressively taken me a lifetime to accumulate

VectorGamer
Simply amazing! This is one of if not the best game rooms I have seen posted here on AtariAge and I truly mean that. Seeing the Sea Wolf cab is what did it for me. That cab is one of my must haves along with Pong and Computer Space (I'm sure I'll never own any of those cabs, unfortunately). I have many fond memories of Sea Wolf and can't wait to play that one again someday. Space Zap is a cab you certainly do not see everyday and I love seeing the less popular titles in someone's game room. Too bad that game sucks! : ] The row of pinball machines is fantastic. It reminds me of the arcade I grew up in where they had about two rows of 15 pinball machines back to back. Overall, fantastic use of space. You should be very proud of the effort you put into this game room as the end result is nothing short of perfection. Very nice!

Too bad that game sucks! : ] I LOVE that game! But I know what you mean. Seems primitive today, but... truly a booze barometer of sorts. Graphics, sounds and gameplay is a lot of fun and even non-video gamers enjoy playing it (for the first few minutes)... lol Thanks for the kind words! +save2600
Nice looking room...are you married, cause my wife would never go for this.... And if you're not married, I'd consider jumping to the other side of the fence for ya.... Just kidding, of course! LOL! On a serious note and without going into too long diatribe on the subject (because it really strikes a nerve with me that guys placate, talk about their "wifey's" and make themselves out to be more muffins than men), I would NEVER be with a woman that couldn't accept or at least, amicably deal with my lifestyle. And I, hers. Really goes both ways, but because MOST (bitchy) women have squat for hobbies (that don't involve frivolous societal crap), I see a lot of unhealthy attitudes and behaviors these days than ever. Long story short - been married twice and am now in a long-term committed relationship (with a woman that is, Rmaerz... LOL!) Honestly, at this point, if I weren't already in a relationship - I would not actively be pursuing one iffin' you knows what I mean A LOT of relationships today - blech! Too much liability in it Edited January 8, 2010 by save2600
keilbaca
That is a *beautiful* gameroom! Once I get my tv fixed and set up I'll post pics of my little gameroom. Yeah it is pretty rediculous how he says it... what's your high on the pin? When I played pin regularly, on this pin I'd get like 2-3 bil+, my top on Terminator 2 was 1 bil and my top on Black Knight 2000 was 12 mil. All pins were set to 3 ball. and the guy had the angle of the playfield set to max, and the posts at the highest possible position. Very hard pins to play on.

Retro Rogue
but because MOST (bitchy) women have squat for hobbies (that don't involve frivolous societal crap), You must realize, bitching to and controlling men *is* their hobby. Love the Sea Wolf, used to play that all the time at Johnson's Park in the late 70's/early 80's. Edited January 8, 2010 by wgungfu

And I, hers. Really goes both ways, but because MOST (bitchy) women have squat for hobbies (that don't involve frivolous societal crap), We're both pretty lucky. I joke around a lot about my wife says this my wife says that, but in reality, she's about as understanding as I could ever expect. And the videogame/computer thing isn't even my expensive, dangerous, or space-consuming hobby! I make comments like that mostly to parody, and partially because I'm used to it from past relationships. I told her last night that I'd finally figured out a way to move all the computer stuff out of the laundry room closet, and her response was "don't worry about it, it's fine where it is, I was just kidding, put your stuff wherever you want" LOL... So, I'm totally with you... why anyone would want to be in a relationship where each person can't let the other person be themselves, I really can't understand.
keilbaca
what's your high on the pin? You're right - this is one of the harder modern pins out there, which is why it's in my collection (I tire extremely easy). Ummm, I don't know what my all time high is, but right now, according to the Greatest Vampire Hunter on the DMD, it reads 1.5 billion and I know that's pretty good. 2-3 billion is excellent. I don't play the living crap out of my games like a lot of people do or would. In fact, I NEVER play them unless I have company over and when I do - we play competitively and for quarters. lol Most all of the machines you see in my static collection are the ones I never tire of. Since the 70's, we've had most every major machine ever released (including Black Knight and Terminator of course) and what's left are tough and still compelling to play. I have friends that only have all DMD games or all EM games, Wedgeheads or whatever. I prefer variety. But all DMD has a tendency to put me off. Most are cool for what they are, but feature very little variety in game play and/or were purposely designed to be easy for all the reasons I talk negatively (but truthfully) about modern society today. lol Ahhh I see. That's awesome. I used to be in pinball leagues, and had a constant invite to one guy's place and he had Dracula. He's number 10-12 in the world, something like that, and he usually gets 3-5 bil on a game. Every once in a while I'd win a challenge from him. I was around 150th in the world.

+wood_jl
I am considerably humbled by this. I have instantly realized that the gameroom of my own that I've been planning in my head - is laughably pathetic shit. What do chicks think when you bring them down there? You must get laid a lot. Oh yeah - by the way - NICE GAMEROOM!

Fortunately I'm with a gal now that really appreciates all this stuff and enjoys playing as much I do.
