patbb
Do we only have to post a screen shot? Sorry... "screenshots of your score are not necessary but are encouraged for higher scores" Edited January 31, 2010 by patbb
Mister VCS
You have to post a score and/or a screenshot. Scores from the past do not count, only scores from the posted time period!
JayWI
My wife would like to compete once in a while but she doesn't have an AA account. Should I encourage her to do so or is it OK to post 2 scores so long as I say who is who?

4Ks
Since it seems no one has suggested a game yet, how about Donkey Kong for round 3?
ClassicGMR
I'd like to see a rousing round of Loco-Motion or Happy Trails! I do like those fast-paced strategy games.

IntellivisionDude
Diner or Beauty & the Beast. Maybe somebody can come up with some creative Snafu contest. Not sure if it could be done, but it could be interesting and fun.
jaybird3rd
I'm up for Diner, too. I wouldn't mind Astrosmash, either; the only issue with that game is that it takes forever to rack up a decent number of points. Perhaps a poll would be a good idea.
cparsley
Beauty and the Beast and/or Lock 'n Chase would be cool games to do
JayWI
Beauty and the Beast and/or Lock 'n Chase would be cool games to do Since we currently have a maze game I would suggest something different. I still really think Lock 'n Chase would be a lot of fun for the HSC, just not the next game. I've never played Beauty and the Beast so that'd be interesting. I'd suggest Thin Ice or Commando be added to the list for consideration.

cparsley
I'd suggest Thin Ice or Commando be added to the list for consideration. I never really cared for Commando (never really cared much of the INTV late releases) but Thin Ice (Duncan version of course) can be cool
JayWI
I'd suggest Thin Ice or Commando be added to the list for consideration. I never really cared for Commando (never really cared much of the INTV late releases) but Thin Ice (Duncan version of course) can be cool I just remember being frustrated at Commando. I think I was really bad at it but I'd like the challenge. Thin Ice is just a fun goofy game. I know about what I can score on a good sitting so it'd be fun to see what others can do. IntellivisionDude
Commando is high on my wish list. I will get it eventually as well as Thin Ice, have never played that either.
cparsley
Watching them pull out an INTV Zamboni between levels on Thin Ice Don't get me wrong I can do okay on Commando, just never cared for it.
+thegoldenband
Some games that come to mind for the HSC: Atlantis Blockade Runner (if only so I can figure out how to properly play the damn game) Buzz Bombers Dracula Happy Trails Hover Force (actually, that might not work) Ice Trek Loco-Motion Masters of the Universe: He-Man Popeye Sewer Sam Shark! Shark! Stampede Thunder Castle Tower of Doom Utopia Vectron (see Blockade Runner) White Water Edited March 2, 2010 by thegoldenband
roadrunner
Defender Dig Dug Pac Man Beamrider Demon Attack
cparsley
From other posts... Atlantis - this can be fun, but get ready to get to day ten Blockade Runner (if only so I can figure out how to properly play the damn game) - ??? Buzz Bombers - Ah, the game they tried to pitch to Raid Dracula - Always saw this is a party game, and not a solo game. Happy Trails/Loco-Motion - Never cared for this kind of game, but if we do this, go with Loco-Motion instead of the Activision knock-off Ice Trek - Always fun, and multiple levels to go (different from each section) Masters of the Universe: He-Man (see Ice Trek, the Greyskull vs Wind Raider section, both good and different) Popeye - I'm popeye the sailor man (toot toot) Sewer Sam - Nah... Shark! Shark! - Gotta love the Shark (get the Shark!Shark! song) Stampede - Never cared for it on the VCS, no reason to think it's different here, (and likely have a 30 way tie) Thunder Castle - Classic (but long time game) Tower of Doom - Start stepping down Utopia - How to score this for a HSC? Vectron - Terrible on emulator, but classic on the INTV console itself. White Water - Imagic goodness (level 6?) Defender - Classic Arcade goodness (but with ladybug, 2 arcade titles)? Dig Dug - Diggie Duggie man :) Pac Man - Maze like, prefer Lock 'n Chase on the INTV. Beamrider - Activision fun fun Demon Attack - Better than space invaders
IntellivisionDude
And the game that is being talked about in another thread, Night Stalker
+thegoldenband
Blockade Runner (if only so I can figure out how to properly play the damn game) - ??? Oh, I just find the game kind of befuddling, and was hoping that between all of us we could find a viable strategy. That's all. Dracula - Always saw this is a party game, and not a solo game. I understand what you mean, but it's too perfect not to play around Halloween! Stampede - Never cared for it on the VCS, no reason to think it's different here, (and likely have a 30 way tie) I actually think I like the Inty version a little better. Do you really think a 30 way tie is likely? There are random options... Utopia - How to score this for a HSC? It works pretty well as a one-player game, and the computer does score your performance. If we standardize the number and length of rounds I think it should work quite well, actually!

Yah, I think it's possible to 30 way tie here... just way too easy to get the same options (best setup and pile up that tie) Utopia - How to score this for a HSC? Actually more I think of it, I can see a multi-way tie here as well, lol...
