I watch for those all the time and haven't seen one in forever. It's one of the most overlooked super rare variants out there...at least in the last 3+ years. I see those less often than Spiker. I got Diner with instructions (instructions have writing on them) for $38 + $4 shipping I also got Thunder Castle with instructions (instructions are a little worn) for $15 + $4 shipping Those are two of my most wanted games for the system, and I haven't seen them for less. I'm on a tight budget, but I've really been enjoying the Intellivision lately. Now all I need are reasonably priced carts with overlays of Dracula and He-Man.
