off the top of my head:

Tempest 2000
sampler CD for Fallout 3
Destroy All Humans
Stubbs the Zombie
GTA Vice City: Vol 5 & 6

I'd have to go look more closely at my PC games because some of those might have been bundled with soundtracks.

I probably should buy more video game soundtracks because a lot of them are rather good!

I have one of The Advantage albums, Elf Titled, I think.
I don't normally pick up soundtracks, so most of the ones I have came from game bundles.

Medieval Total War
Sins of a Solar Empire
Persona 4
and I picked up this one at goodwill: the FFIX soundtrack.

Both original CD (not counting redbook audio included with some games), I have:

Final Fantasy X: Uematsu's Greatest Collection (select songs that were his favorites)

PPPPPP (the soundtrack to the indie game VVVVVV)

The World Ends With You (great songs really added to the experience of a great and one-of-a-kind DS game)

Subarashiki Kono Sekai + The World Ends With You (bonusa lbum with the rest of the game songs and various remixes)

I've got quite a few. My favourites are probably Ridge Racer 4 and Panzer Dragoon Saga. I even bought the Mass Effect 2 soundtrack on iTunes a couple weeks back - that's a pretty mainstream store to be selling game soundtracks.

I was just thinking, with a lot of those 90's CD-ROM games, the game IS the soundtrack ;)

I got a few, my favorite was Super Mario 64, though I don't have that many. Think I got one of the Banjokazooie or something soundtracks and Tempest 2k.

Of course, I got CD's where I ripped the music from SACD and Saturn discs....but they probably don't count :P (Scud was my favorite of those)

Tempest for Jaguar is a personal favorite.
Also, I kept my old Descent II PC discs because Ogre and Mark Walk (Skinny Puppy/Ohgr) did the soundtrack.
I have a couple more but these are the only ones worth mentioning.

There is a song by either DEVO or just Mark Mothersbaugh that plays on the Interstate '82 installer. Wish I could get that track.

PC Tempest 2k CD's 1st track was the data, the rest of the CD was music.
Same with the Quake and Screamer2 CDs and I suppose about a million other CDrom games.

I did buy the T2K and Gran Turismo soundtracks.

I've always thought video game soundtracks were interesting I just never had the time to collect them. If I want to here a track I would just put it up on youtube and hum along ;)

Castlvania 1,2,3 sountrack cd and Zelda:Ocarina cd. There used to be a used game store in Erie that had shelves filled with soundtracks from Ever Anime but, that's all I got before they closed and they were expensive.
