ComputerSpaceFan Posted February 18, 2010 Share Posted February 18, 2010 Since the Harmony Cartridge has a new BIOS which allows a menu system for the FlashBack 2 I am finally going to order one. I assume the new BIOS is available now? batari said Feb 7th that "We expect that this new BIOS will be ready to go this week" If that's the case, I just need to know if I can pay via PayPal? I went to the order website and my only option appeared to be Google CheckOut which I would rather not use if there's a PayPal option somewhere. Can anyone in the Harmony camp let me know if/when the newest BIOS with the FB2 menu working comes loaded on a Harmony and if I can pay with PayPal instead? As for payments, paying with Google checkout is easy - you don't need to set up an account and you can pay with a credit or debit card. Hi batari, I tried to send you a PM but I get the error that the user (meaning you) is not allowed to receive PMs (my guess is your inbox is full). Anyway, looks like you are working on a few changes for the next BIOS update so maybe I'll hold off till the next one comes out before I figure out a way to order without using Google Checkout. There is no need to hold off ordering - the Harmony cart can be upgraded to the latest BIOS version at any time (using the USB port).
