Intellivision controller issues

Recommended Posts

I just recently re-picked up a Intellivision model 1 system and am having problems with the second controller where it won't go to the right just up and down and left.

Has anyone had this problem before? and is there anything i can do to fix it? My tech skills are very limited so i was hoping for some sort of easy fix.

Other than this problem the first controller works great and the unit is in fantastic shape. :)

No one has any solutions for me? :?

I am just an amateur, but i'll see if i can help.

I have heard that the circuit pad inside the controller can wear out. First thing i would do is take it apart and make sure everything is clean.

This next one was a tip someone told me about Colecovision controller but don't see why it wouldn't work for an Intellivision controller. The spring that sits under the disc can get worn out too, and was told stretching it a little can add the tension back.
