Since the Binder is kinda big, I'd figure I'll post the pics here.

Details:

June 1984 CES (Consumer Electronics Show) Coleco Electronics Display/point of sale "Catalog?"

This was displayed AT the CES for potential big wigs (Toys R Us, Kay Bee, Walmart??, etc..) to see the products and specs on paper and other items/reviews as well as assignments for Coleco employees too. (I don't know WHY all that info is in such a book)

I will be posting pics in Section/Part order

Its divided into a bunch of sections in no particular order it seems.

Section I (The CES itself)

Part 0 - The Binder itself! :)

Part 1 - Adam online demo how to for the employees

Part 2 - Why the Adam's drives are better, cheaper than the competition

Part 3 - CES Order Form (Not used :))

Part 4 - Floor Plan for Coleco (Wow!!)

Part 5 - List of Activities (Sales Meeting) for the Coleco people working the show from Breakfast - Dinner lol!

Part 6 - Sales Assignment Groups (Barry is in Group II :))

Part 7 - Software Workshop Assignments

Section II (Color and B&W Line art brochures of the various products Coleco sells)

Part 8 - ADAM Hardware and Peripherals (5 brochures (3 color, 2 B&W) showcasing Adam Hardware)

Part 9 - Colecovision/Gemini Controllers & Modules (3 B&W Line art 1 page brochures)

Part 10 - ADAM Family Learning Software (3 B&W Line art 1 page brochures)

Part 11 - ADAM Home Information Management Software (2 duplicate color brochures)

Part 12 - ADAM Language & Programming Aids Software (1 Color and 1 B&W Line art brochures)

Part 13 - ADAM, Colecovision and Atari 2600 Entertainment Software (16 B&W Line art and 3 Atari 2600 B&W Line art brochures)

Part 14 - Tabletop Games (1 Color brochure showing the mini arcade games)

Part 15 - Telephones (1 Color and 1 B&W brochures) (Yes, Coleco tried marketing phones for teens lol!)

Part 16 - Line Art (I emptied this part to fill in the other sections i.e B&W brochures)

Part 17 - General Information (Various info and reviews about the ADAM and locations of repair shops)

It seems this campaign was to push/sell the ADAM as most of the stuff in here is targeted to ADAM.

VERY Unique binder indeed! (How many exist??) Enjoy the pics!

Part I - The ADAM online setup demo!

Ill start with the page by page pics and possibly photoshop all 3 together to make a panoramic view.

These sheets show the Coleco personnel/sales reps how to set up the ADAM computer to the internet back in 84! and troubleshoot it as well. NEET-O stuff for its day!

Part 3 - CES Order Form (Not used :))

I wonder how many of these survived UNUSED?

Only negs are the order form was lightly folded vertically and there is some minor edge brittleness on the center pages.

Page 3 was over 2mb, so I had to mess with it. as a result the quality may be lower.

Otherwise a beautiful form none the less.

OH, for some odd reason the scanner was being picky on the colors. ALL the pages are as blue as the cover.

Part 4 - Floor Plan for Coleco (Wow!!)

This has to be the coolest page in the binder. Although the quality is low from possibly many copies made???, it's amazing to see how Coleco's booths and setups were laid out in June, 1984 at the CES :)
