PlayStation JamPack Demo Disks

I have collected quite a few of the Playstation JamPack demo disks for both the original and the PS 2. I am trying to determine when the switch was made from PS 1 to PS 2 games, and what volumes I am missing.

This is what I have:

PS 1

[summer 1998]

Summer 1999

Winter 1999

Winter 2000

PS 2

Winter 2001 (Mature)

Summer 2002 (Mature)

Winter 2003 (Teen)

vol. 10 (Teen)

vol. 12 (Mature)

vol. 13 (Mature)

vol. 14 (Mature)

vol. 15 (Teen & Mature)

I assume that there were two volumes per year (Summer and Winter).

Was there a volume 9? What was the last one produced (for the PS 2)?

I have one labeled "Summer 2K". I'm thinking that based on your list, this was probably the last one for the PSX.

It has demos for the following games:

The Legend of Dragoon

Speed Punks

Grind Session

MediEvil II

Hot Shots Golf 2

Syphon Filter 2

NASCAR Rumble

Spider-Man

Tomba! 2

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2

I also have volumes 1 and 2, but they don't seem to be labeled with a year and season.

I always loved these discs. I couldn't afford to buy too many games, but I could always spare a fiver for the latest Jampack disc.

Great -- that settles the numbering for the PS 1 disks.

Does anybody have any information on how the PS 2 issues were numbered?

Were there volumes 1-9? Anything above 15?

I want to ultimately get everything, but I need to know what I am missing first.

No so fast cowboy!!! There are a few other PS1 demos I like to mention in no particular order

Sony Red Demo disc as there is no name on the disc SCUS-94232

Nuclear Strike SLUS-90006

Sony Interactive CD Sampler Pack Volume One SCUS-94955 FROM 1995

Sony Playstation Picks SCUS-94960

Sony CD Interactive Sampler Disc Vol. 9 PBFX-95010

Squaire Soft on Playstation Collector's CD SCUS-94256

And this little odd one

Legend Of Legaia SCUS-94366 The reason I say it's an odd one, the disc has the exact same design as the actual game disc. I know for a fact a Funcoland they actually stopped buying copies of the game at the time because of this.

I was going through my collection and I found a PS2 demo disc I forgot I owned

Playstation Underground Holiday 2001

Syphon Filter - The Omega Strain

Got the Pizza Hut demo discs? There were two of them. Also, didn't Square have different demo discs? I remember hearing that Xenogears had one and it was different from what was in Parasite Eve.

The there are the Official US PlayStation Magazine demo discs and the Interactive CD sampler discs.
