does that answer your question? :lol:

 

 

copyright laws back then weren't as hard and precise as nowadays ... especially not for software ... you'd change 5% of the code, give it a new titles and you were free to sell your "new" product ... that is why quelle released almost 70 titles for the VCS all based on previously released games.
