In the movie "23" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0126765/ an ST is clearly visible.

Other than that, you will see SM124s and STs in many techno/rave/trance TV recordings from the 1990s, e.g.:

And of course there's one in virtually every interview with Yello:

I can't think of any UK/US TV shows or films that had STs in them off the top of my head.

The original CBS adaptation of DC's The Flash had 'em. At one point, I think Bud Bundy of Married with Children had an ST in his room… He had previously had a 5200 in there and an XE Game System. Some of the kid game shows like Double Dare gave them away as prizes…from the Mega STE era.

Ones I remember...

It's Garry Shangling's Show where the neighbor's kid had on in his room.

Friday The 13th TV series, a speciality team used it when hunting demons.

And a deleted scene from Reservoir Dogs where a female cop was using it to lookup information on Mr. Blonde.

I remember seeing the ST in the movie Consenting Adults starring Kevin Kline as a musician. He was using a Mega/STE with an SM147 mono monitor in his home studio.

I would keep an eye out on new movies set in the 1980s too.

Has anyone seen the ABC sitcome The Goldbergs? I wonder what computer (if they have any) they use as a prop.

One movie that I remember set in the 1980s that I saw an ST in was Glitter starring Mariah Carey. Her boyfriend in the movie had a home music studio with an ST in the background. They got the chronology wrong though as the movie was set in 1984 - one year before the ST came out.

One movie I am keeping an eye on is Straight Outta Compton coming out in August this year which tells the story of the influential rap group N.W.A. STs were big with rappers among other musicians and musical genres. In some old videos of them in the studio that are found on YouTube, you can see a Mega ST with an SC1224 color monitor on the side of the giant mixing console. I hope they recreate the studio as seen in the videos in the movie. I remember seeing a Yo! MTV Raps promo spot with the members surrounding the ST setup too. Oh, how I wish I had a DVR back then so that I could instantly start recording. :P

Seeing the ST on the big screen in 2015 would be very cool.

In the last 3 episodes of the new AMC TV show "Halt and Catch Fire" there is a 520ST on screen many times! next to a c64 :(

The ST is not used, yet. And an white/blue ST box seen several times.

I noticed it - at end of episode s2e2 he purchased 520ST with monitor, and placed on desk. But we never seen it working (until end of episode 4). Probably it was only because it was year 1985 :P

I saw one episode where the main character is writing a book in AppleWorks. They got the screenshot of AppleWorks right, but he was using an Apple ][+ and a IIgs monitor, which I don't think was possible.
