In French/Canadian, it was named: "Les ptits Bout-Choux" Yes in France, "Les Patoufs" was the name for Coleco's dolls, but as far as I know, the video game came out with "Cabbage Patch Kids" name. You can see the French/European box and label here. I don't know whether there were "CBS1"/"CBS3" versions.
