Changed story, sprite, palettes, etc.

With this, I think I'm done changing sprites in Mega Man nes games. I learned how to edit text in NES (and SNES) roms with this project, so it was a very educational and fun project.

I need to stop releasing files so late at night! Anyway, there was a small error with how the 1UPs were displayed, if you download the file again, 1UPs should look much better. Sorry about that, when using 3-4 different utilities to edit a file, sometimes things get messed up, or I fix the wrong file, etc. This is the last update for a while, I promise, but I don't want to change the filename so just delete the old ones please so they don't float around. Thanks!
