Charlie_
Anyone have (or is there) a Gremilins for the A8 that has the sound fixed? In ATR or XEX ?? I'd really like to play the game on my 130xe but the versions I've found have a horrible sound bug that I can't stand listening to for very long. If you find more of those, use a Translator disk, that works fine for me. http://pokeysoft.no/games/atari/a8util.htm Personally like Oldoper (search)

k8track
Thank you, kenfused, from six years in the future. I just got my Atari 8-bit Ultimate SD Cart from MacRorie, and one of the very first games I tried was Gremlins, and I was disappointed that the sound was so wonky. I figured that someone had posted a fix here sometime over the years, and I found it here! I'll give this fixed version a try. By the way, another issue with certain 5200 games converted to 8-bit games is, what about games (such as Gremlins) that used the upper fire buttons? On this game, for instance, how do I use the flash cubes? Thanks!

Fres
Press Shift. Wow. That's hilarious. I've been playing that game for many years, and never knew about the flash (shift) function. Time to give it another try.
