My harmony cartridge was shipped 23 February and I still didn't got it. Does anyone know how can I contact the seller for further explanation ? Well you have posted your problem here in the right forum thread I think. When you ordered did you get any confirmation? Just guessing on my part though, I am sure the proper person(s) will chime in. +batari Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 You should have gotten an order confirmation email with links/instructions that allow to request your order status, request a change, etc. These requests go directly to my email. Anyway, I ship Harmony carts once a week, usually Friday but sometimes other days. If you ordered over the weekend, your cart hasn't shipped yet (but should tomrrow.) But anyway, Google sent a shipping confirmation email at 7:11 PM Saturday to your email address, according to my records. Thanks a bunch Hello, Order volume last week was huge and as a result, some did not make the usual Saturday delivery. I am finishing up the rest today and hope to have them ready tomorrow.
