Can Someone program 27C4002/27c4096 eeproms 12v

Hello, I am wondering if anyone one here has the time and equipment needed to burn a few 27C4002/27c4096 eeproms, I am able to pay for time and materials/shipping. I have read that the chips need to be programmed at 12volts.

yeah, you supply the chips, bin's to burn, and return shipping. 25 cents each, to burn...

Ordering the chips now, and I have a bin file, but have since found out a person has a more up to date bin file i am trying to get.
