I got the dip switch settings off of TG and they had it listed as "Internal Defaults" so I figured it wasn't configurable.

In any event, it should be Live 3 and Skill Easy...

Got the third Sankara Stone, then Mola Ram hit me with the flaming heart.  I still remember I was five when this game came out, and how I thought it was so cool that Indy was going around rescuing captured children.
