2. The flags appear on the left and right side alternately. Occasionaly, the special items appear instead of flags: cherry, balloon, ice cream cone and Lollypop.

 

 

 

Pretty sure those special items appear in place of the flags you've already grabbed when you come back to that point the next times around.

my drawing is a game I invented for the 2600. The Game is called Up N' Down Cart 2600 The Case of the Missing Flag.

 

It's like Mario Kart with the Up 'N Down level design and controlls. The game has powerups and more traps to avoid. The person who finds the missing flag wins.

Well, I've been away for the July 4th holiday, so I'll weigh in on the voting thing.

 

I'm in kinda the same situation as Miss 2600, in that, I don't have time to practice a list of games. Even if I knew what the next game was ahead of time, I probably still wouldn't have time to be practicing,

 

I didn't vote, because I like playing whatever comes up. That's whether the game is one where I'm one of the best ever at (Dragster) or one that I've never seen before but catch on to quickly (Worm Wars) or one that I stink at (Fathom). It's all fun.

I hear a lot of concern about practicing before hand. I never have yet.

 

Since it's a once a week challenge here at 2600 HSC, it seems smartest to focus on the game

that's being played each week, instead of looking into next weeks game/s.

 

A week time period is enuff for me to practice and get some nice scores up =)

Yeah, I wouldn't play the game for next week but it takes away the surprise factor when you know what game is in the lead. We've known for a few days now that we're going to play Robot Tank next. We should hide the results until Tuesday.
