Aside from the 'atari' 32 in 1 and rarer 16 in 1, there are tonnes of PAL pirate carts often with hundreds of games on each cart.
The largest i know of is a 256 in 1 cart.

Then you have the Harmony cart made right here on good ol' AA.  You put your own ROMs on it.

I believe Best Electronics still sells those 2600 multi-carts. Check out their website for details.

I think you'll find it is PAL only.
